2.Rules of engagement.

  1. Transparency: Micro influencers must clearly disclose their partnership with Saldo in all promotional content on public social media posts. This includes using appropriate hashtags, such as #ad, #sponsored, or #partnership.

 

  1. Authenticity: Influencers should only promote Saldo and its partners if they genuinely believe in the product and its effectiveness as a marketing booster. They must not make exaggerated claims or provide misleading information.

 

  1. Compliance with regulations: Micro influencers must strictly adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including those that govern marketing and advertising practices in their country. 

 

  1. Focus on marketing benefits: When promoting Saldo Drops, influencers should emphasize the value of the drops as a marketing tool. They should highlight features like increased engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

 

  1. Micro influencers must not use financial terms, such as “investment,” “returns,” “profits,” when promoting the activity as `Saldo Influencer`  to grow their team. Instead, they should inform prospects that Saldo is a performance based platform that has Software tools and partnership to enhance and boost a potential income from influencer marketing. 

 

  1. No guarantees: Influencers should never make promises or guarantees regarding the outcomes of using Saldo. They must emphasize that Saldo is a tool to help enhance marketing efforts and not a surefire way to achieve specific financial gains.

 

  1. Content: We hold the right to refuse or cancel partnerships with influencers based on controversial content that may conflict with terms and agreements of our partners. Adult and gambling industries are not allowed in our program. The influencer`s content should be informative, natural,engaging, and non-promotional in nature.

 

  1. Target appropriate audiences: Influencers must ensure their promotional content is directed towards businesses and individuals who may benefit from using Saldo services. 

 

  1. Maintain brand integrity: Micro influencers should uphold the reputation and image of the Saldo platform by acting professionally, ethically, and responsibly in their promotional efforts. They should avoid engaging in any activities that may tarnish the brand’s reputation.

 

  1. Regular communication: Influencers must maintain open and transparent communication with Saldo regarding their promotional efforts. This includes reporting any issues or concerns they encounter, and seeking guidance if they are unsure about how to promote Saldo in accordance with the platform’s guidelines.

3.Software Product Packs Terms and Conditions

  1. Software Packages

We offer four different software product packages. Each package includes specific features and services, which are detailed on our website. 

  1. Package Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove functionalities of our software packages at any time. These changes may occur without prior notice. While we will strive to provide notice of significant changes, it is your responsibility to regularly review the package details on our website.

  1. Use of Software

Your use of our software is governed by the acceptance of these terms and the general terms and conditions. Any misuse or non-compliance with these terms may result in the termination of your account.

1.Free Package Terms and Conditions

a.This package provides access to our basic set of tools and features to be able to track and earn commission on the promoted products. 

b.Users have the responsibility to comply with all guidelines related to the use of the tools and features in this package.

c.Support for this package is available through our online knowledge base and email support.

d.The Starter Package is only free on invitation by an existing Saldo influencer.

2.Basic Package Terms and Conditions

a.This package offers access to additional features and advanced tools, as detailed on our software documentation.

b.Standard Package users agree to comply with all usage guidelines and instructions.

c.Support for this package includes email support.

d.The Basic Package has a 25 euro sponsor fee that is non-refundable.

3.Advanced Package Terms and Conditions

a.This package includes all our tools and features, including our premium offerings, as detailed on our software documentation.

b.Premium Package users are required to comply with all the usage guidelines and instructions.

c.Support for this package includes email, and chat support.

d.The Advanced Package has a 125 euro sponsor fee that is non-refundable.

4.Pro Package Terms and Conditions

a.This package is designed for professional influencers and includes additional services such as dedicated support, training, and consultation.

b.Enterprise Package users are required to comply with all the usage guidelines and instructions.

c.Support for this package includes dedicated email, chat, phone support, and live training.

d.The Enterprise Package has a 250 euro sponsor fee that is non-refundable.

For each package, users must agree to our overall software product packs terms and conditions. Modifications to the packages or their terms will be made with prior notice. Any breach of the terms can lead to termination of services.
